MARKET BELL

Privacy Policy

Effective August 6, 2026

Market Bell is a global stock market open/close countdown app for iOS. This policy covers the whole app, including its Home Screen widgets and Live Activities.

The app itself collects nothing

Market Bell's core features (market status, countdowns, calendar, widgets, Live Activities) run entirely on your device. There is no account, no login, and no server: market data ships inside the app and updates with app releases. Nothing about your device, location, or watchlist is sent anywhere by these features.

What the optional Feedback form collects

If you choose to use Settings → Feedback inside the app, the following is sent to a third-party form service (Formspree) and delivered to the developer:

Formspree, as the form processor, also logs the IP address of the request as a standard part of handling any network submission.

This data is used only to read and respond to your feedback. It is not used for advertising, analytics, or tracking, and it is never sold.

Third-party services

The Feedback form is the only feature that sends data off your device. It uses Formspree as the form-submission processor. No other third-party SDKs, analytics, or advertising services are included in the app.

Data you can request deleted

Since feedback submissions are not tied to an account, send a request through Settings → Feedback (or see the Support page) identifying the message and, if provided, the email you used, and the developer will delete the corresponding submission.

Children

Market Bell is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

If what the app collects changes, this page will be updated and the date above will change accordingly.
